Nice one Alan, hope you enjoy the fish.

I'll be having another look at your filleting video, made a right mess of my fish.

certainly enjoying the fish keith, great chunk of ling last night, fish cakes for lunch, mackerel tonight. A sharp knife and a solid surface is essential, tried to show Brian how to fillet a ling, normally do it on a big board, but did it on the table, covered with a towel and cardboard, toooooo soft. Also if you use a board raise the edge nearest to you about an inch, it does help.
Bert that would be a help if you have got pound notes, I have only got one of those big white things.

I can't blame the tools Alan, I use the solid wooden bench outside and got a nice sharp knife from Caleys - it's my lack of practice I'm afraid lol.
