what bad timing ..... (lock wise)

you can always park up on the waiting pontoon .. It`s just not quite the same as the safety of being behind closed doors at night.

Haver a sesh in the marina, i landed a hard fighting blenny last time lol

Well dont think your missing a great deal fishing wise but you have to be in it to win it as they say.

The news letter for the Royal Quays said the marina lock will be drained, if thats right i will be going down for a look as it would be interesting seeing it and the dottom.

Good luck, hope the winds are light. The tides are making so should be a good pull if anchored.
Arthur.

I remember the lock being drained out about three to four years back, and it was surprisingly clear of debris, but is worth seeing, just to get an idea of how deep it is,
