Weather was mostly dry with the odd heavy shower ,wind 16-18 gusting to 31mph SW.

Well what can I say ,what a day ,PB,s for Andy Byrom,John Morrow, Jamie Blakeman,Tom Leck,Onslow Armstrong,Steve Moyle & new comer Micky Bell .Well done fellas

A pleasure to watch was young Alan Varley hitting some breathtaking distances , as was Jamie Blakeman casting off the ground also hitting some remarkable new club record distances. Jamie achieved a 6 lead aggregate of 1525yds .I congratulate you both for some of the best casting we,ve seen for a long long time.

Pete Ingham also set a new 7.5gm/0.18mm line single handed multiplier record and taking on also the brick challenge ,a lot of fun and a great laugh
