well i would like to congratulate the north team
they just pipped us tonight

norht team

stores 8lb (heaviest bag )
marty e 5 lb 7 oz
rod 3 lb 4 oz ( the heaviest fish )
nodrog 2 lb 10 oz
hook,line and sinker 2 lb 3 oz
keith b 2 lb 1 oz
the great walsendo 3 oz

total 23 lb 12 oz

south team

matchman 2 lb 12 oz
bigman 2 lb 10 oz
seanyrooroo 2 lb 5 oz
sless 1 lb 3 oz

total 9 lb

rod with the heaviest fish




sless preseenting the trophy (only kidding)



sless lending the trophy to stores for 12 months



now feel free to gloat

not that we did when we won it for the first 2 years

Many thanks to all that turned out, you all did your team proud ..its never about the winning !! its the atmosphere of the day and this unique event ..excellent..
Well done again lads and many thanks to Sless and David two very worthy captains!!!
Hope the new lads that fished this year will return and fish again next year south of the tyne!!!

Well said Paul, thanks again to Graham and David for doing such a great job and well done to everyone that turned up to fish for their respective sides.

It was great to meet new people and to put faces to names, it was also nice to see a few people that I havn't seen for quite a while. A great night with some great crack. Looking forward to seeing you all next year on the south side of the Tyne.

Great comp again, some canny bags weighed in and not a whiting in sight, well done eveyone!! It was great to meet a few new members and put names to faces.

Many thanks to David & Graham for captaining the two teams, and big thanks to Paul for letting me tag along and showing me a new mark (not that I'd be able to find it again)

Congrats to "TEAM STOREY" who did the north team proud and scooped the pot.
