Smile Licences

Thanks for the responce guys it' nice to get things off my chest once in a while but this subject just gets under my skin. I feel any licencing body would prefer to deal with large clubs (like the fresh water scene) instead of individuals . Does this mean that they would put pressure on councils to rent out stretches of our coast to clubs, not sure if this would be legal. What about bait collecting etc. and all the issues surrounding it. Honestly all sorts of scenario's are buzzing around in my head and making me quite angry. Think i'll leave it now I've had my rant and get back to what I enjoy most, FISHING.
