Good comment sless...
We were very unlucky that after what can only be called a positve meeting with milliband national politics took over. I chased the tosser in Leeds...never replied... which i believe is against the law...now we have a new fisheries minister. At the end of the day defra make the recommendations and the minister signs the bottom line. RSA reps have continued pushing government and this meeeting is a direct result of that pressure. By pure chance the ne have a good turn out in terms of representation. Lets use it and make the best we can.. You got a pm. ![]() Cheers Dave

I wouldn't say it's cut and dried, i think it's just the beginning of the changes in the way RSA is being manipulated to create jobs for the boys/girls. There hopefully will be some good comes out of it, ie golden mile etc etc as for licences and the resulting damage to the infrastructure of the sea angling fraternity nationwide if they are implimented beggars belief. I would pay for a licence if i could see what i was getting for my money, but that's not going to happen,so they will incur more expense trying to get me to buy one
