SUNDAY 23 11 03
Had a few hours at the Rail End on Shields Pier today (just to use up the left-over bait from Friday, really).
Had a few bites that didn\'t come to anything, but ended up with a coley to take home for me tea. The sea had a canny lump on, which surprised me after it was so flat on Friday night. Met Tonybax on his way up to the end......hope you had better luck up there than we had, Tony.

didnt do too bad, had a codling and a coalie off the post, fished the rail end had 5 codling and a whiting, nowt bigger than a couple of pound. :D
