I love my Ron Thompson shelter. You can find out why if you read my review by clicking here.
It’s time to dig it out of the garage and give it a once over, as the nights are drawing in, the temperature is dropping and thoughts of cod from the beach are entering my head!
I did give it a brushing of Thompsons Waterseal over the summer. It didn’t need it, but as I was giving all of my coarse fishing shelters a going over, it seemed like a good thing to do.
I’m pretty confident it will be okay, but if it isn’t I’ll be paying the Lathams Fishing website a visit. I paid full whack for my original one, but Lathams are knocking them out for a few pence over £44. Click here for details.
At the time of writing, they are also offering free delivery on orders over £50, so it would be well worth while adding a few ‘extras’ to get you up to that.
