Is there any disabled angling clubs in south tyneside or groups that get together on a regular basis, my brother is getting back into fishing after a brain injury left him in a wheelchair, he can walk short distances and has recently got his licence back so can drive, his days are empty and he needs to get out more, social services are ****,
Many a true word is said in jest!
