This Sunday ( 17th) the SSA are holding a casting day on the fields of AUCHINCRUIVE AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE at Ayr .
Anyone wishing to come along will be made most welcome , tuition will be freely available to those who want it so if you want to see whats it all about or to see how far you are really casting just turn up .
There will be a charge of £8 for daycasters and £6 for club members but for this you get insurance cover etc .
Directions :
From Stranraer : take the A77 to the 3rd roundabout at Ayr and take the 4th exit B743 .
From Glasgow : take the A77 to first roundabout at Ayr and take 1st exit left B743 .
continue down B743 untill you reach the college , turn into college continue straight ahead and the field is on the right .
Meet 9am casting will begin from 9.30 am .
