I got a phone call of the shop assistant at the whitley bay shop telling me there was a fourth new battery waiting for me to pick up. I phoned them up and told them i did not want the battery and that i wanted a refund because i have no faith in the head lamp. They refused to do this saying...
BOught Tigra head light from local fishing tackle shop, battery is faulty and i have replaced it three times, still faulty, want a refund but can not get one!!!!
What is everyones views on that??
