Is it possible to fish cullernose point and places around that area at high tide? If not, can anyone recommend me a good high tide mark around that area? cheers

yes you can fish cullernose on a high tide but watch out for the odd roller even on a flat sea, what i have done in the past is start at cullernose then work my way to craster trying various marks on the way, anywhere along that way can produce fish

cheers

ok cheers mate... only ever fished it once at low tide... going to give it a go, even though there aint much about.. il post a catch report later.. thats if theres out to catch..

Never had much at cullernose over high.. although easily fishable from the higher rocks. You might want to try the south pier at Craster. Fishes well over the wall just before the covered area, or wherever you can cast out to sea from. Good luck!

set off anyway up there today, but hadnt seen the sea till i got there, sea was very big and was too windy and cold so knocked it on the head until tomorrow night. there was someone right on the point, but he must be keen to be fishing in that wind and snow, lol

surely there will be some fish about around there? looks a good depth of water.. wasnt the amble open won from there? i know it could be a one off, but if ya hook and sinker is in the water.. you never know...
