Has anyone got a pump i could borrow to pump fuel from one tank to another?
Reason i ask is i've just bought a boat and the lad is giving me 40 gallon of fuel but it's in a 45 gallon tank which is too big so i need to put it into smaller tanks. He told me to bring a pond pump over to transfer the fuel but i can't find one anywhere.......well i can but it's £50+ which is a bit much.
I know it's a long shot but hoping someone will have 1 i can borrow or know where i can get 1 cheap.
I'm going over for the fuel tonight in the North Shields area if anyone can help.

Got one of these in the cabin (south shields) dunno if it would work with fuel.

Should only be about a tenner at caravan places.

central heating pump from old building and genny if electric outlet not near by I have them running on fish pond work a treat

pound land, a pump that attaches to a cordless drill, you attach a pipe either end and hey presto, pull the drill trigger and away pumps the deisel/ petrol
