moderators approving for sale posts

I am just wanting to know how long it takes for a post to be approved by a moderator as i followed the rules on the for sale posts and posted it on Saturday yet it still hasn't been added to the site. As this is my first time putting something up for sale i am unsure how long it takes.
help would be much appreciated

every time I log in I look at the moderation queue first, as do the other mods. Just looked again now and theres nothing in the mod queue

yes didnt realise probably because the first time i have sold something and didnt read about posts needing to be approved. so is it possible that you could delete every other post about the rod except the one from today thanks.
