Penn 320 GT2

Does anyone know this reel?
I think it's a boat reel? but do you think it will be ok as a secondary reel and is it ok for casting with?
I have the chance to get one cheap.

Had a quick look on e-bay looks like a boat reel.

I won a similar one in a raffle last year and will be using it off a boat this year.
