built many rods about 20 yrs ago what are the best rings to put on a blank these days always used original fuji,s what are these minimas like any good!
just got hold of a zzippy m4 gt blank.

difficult to say which are the best guides as everyone has their own personal preference , but you can't go wrong with the kwags

Original Fuji for me never let me down over the last 30 or so years, can't see the point of using anything else at the end of the day its not the rings on a rod that catch the fish

only thing is its very hard to find any original bnhg's these days and the newer type look dire.depending on budget stainless minima 4's are cheap as chips or black framed Fuji bnog's.More expensive are Fuji black framed alconites bmnag or chrome mnag guides (same as kwags without k shape)these are what I normally put on zippys and kwags on century's there are loads more as been said a lot down to personal preference
