Tomorrow Night

I fishing tomorrow night, which is high tide, as the sea is supposed to pick up quite a bit, but as i only normally fish low water, i dont know that many marks for high water... Could anyone tell me any beachs that could fish, and where abouts? Anywhere between amble and the tyne would be great, cheers
