I get about 1mile per litre but it can vary so work on the worst cast of 1.3L/mile from a 115hp engine cruising at 15~6knots. The manufacturer's published fuel curves show much better economy could be achieved at lower speeds but that wastes fishing time.

Inboard engines have pros and cons, overall the transom space freed up for fishing swung it for me.
