          i rang them yesterday to compare prices, they said they dont stock them but they could get them in,, will have a look and see what they have in stock, knowing scot he'll buy somthing there and then lol

              Cocomonkey,

              Quick word of advice, when you fit it do not run the transducer cable next to the power cable for other instruments.

              The transducer cable emits strong RF and can interfere with the radio ( Strong clicking noise ) It doesn't stop the radio working but it makes it hard to use when the finder is on as you can not squelch out the background noise.

                no problem dave dont think this will be a problem as the fishfinder will run off the main battery and radio is running off spare bats are at diff sides of the boat so it should be fine

                p.s hows your boat doing these days

                    gemini 140 could have had the 160 but the only diff was the colour screen and £60 lol so choose black and white lol
