  • What fishfinder ?

Its probably been asked a million times befoe
Since gettin the garmin gps /plotter I reaslise that I could do with a new fishfinder as the current one (an old eagle supra pro id) does not give any reading when moveing more than a snails pace and even then its a bit hazy untill stopped and the display even breaks up when theirs a good drift.
So not ideal for locating wrecks

What do you lads and lasses recomend as a cheapish ff that will show the bottom while moveing so I can detect wrecks , depth and what the grounds like ? (not botherd about detecting fish )

Looks the dogs duda\'s that one Norman.
Maybe a bit fancy and pricey for me though, just after something simple that will work while moveing.
Or am I being a cheap skate

LOL yup ! hahah nah only kidding. But, The sounder and GPS plotter are the main bits of kit so you need to get the very best you can , this ones about £350 plus any extra taxes/duty etc. ($619 from that particular source) so it`s not that expensive as far as sounders go.
