  • filleting school

Just been reading through an old post about a filleting course that was once available.

Anybody got an idea if such a course is still going ?

My filleting skills are terrible, I end up with more fish left on the backbone than on the fillet and more bones in my fillet than whats on the backbone

Seen short clips on the net about filleting but still can\'t suss it out

Was blaming my knife so I got a newy and am still crap.

Would be handy to be able to fillet the fish out on the boat, aslong as its not ruff as hell that is or al end up like captain hook.

            Cheers Crewman,

I've had a few good mooches through the chieftain website since Jason posted a piece on his trip with you's a while back.

It looks a crackin set up.

I would'nt mind a go at one of the long range trips some time when funds allow, but till then I'll have to keep dreaming and make do with my little reiver off Hartlepool.
