Raking it in at Roker

Decided to go to Roker this morning with my mate Marty. From the off we were pulling in the Mackerel, and enjoying every moment.

I also managed to tempt a couple of cod,
.
First of all we were joined by Nathan. He could not believe how good his first venture at kayak fishing was turning out to be.

As he too was hauling in Mackerel like there was no tomorrow.

Then just as another two Kayakers joined us, so did a pod of Dolphins. Unfortunely my camera shutter was not quick enough to catch them jumping, but they did, and it was only yards from us. You might just be able to see the disburbance in the water in the next two photo's


All in all, Miami Roker proved to be a fabulous day out. As Arney said 'We will be back'
