    Well done Arthur, that’s a cracking fish and so early in the season. We go all over Scotland looking for Pollock like that and you find one on our doorstep.

              Just a cheap one I probably got at a car boot sale. It has no name other than M40 and a few letters. I think nearly any reel will do as long as you pump the fish and let the rod take the strain.
