Now that Defra has formally announced the Consultation in respect of the proposed Marine Conservation Zone from Coquet to St. Mary’s, I confirm that Northumberland IFCA will be holding a number of events which are centred on the above topic on the following dates:-
Friday, 27th February at the NIFCA office from 3.00 pm until 7.00 pm, 8 Ennerdale Road, Blyth, NE24 4RT
Monday, 2nd March at the Old Ship, Seahouses from 6.30 until 9.00 pm
Wednesday, 4th March at Amble Development Trust from 6.30 until 9.00 pm
Thursday 5th March at County Hall from 10.00 am until 3.00 pm
The event at this office will be more of a “walk in” event with all current aspects of our remit available for discussion. The event at County Hall will be a forum with a number of speakers including from Newcastle University
