            Yes. They are all casts that I use. The cast she is using with the single handed rod is double haul and once you learn that it is very difficult to stop using it Its all in the timing.

            The double handed casts are for salmon fishing and you need to get a big heavy fly out. The casts look spectacular and flamboyant but the real reason is because you have to get the fly facing the right way in the water - you really don't want one stuck in your face
