    Can anyone recomend any good marks for (beginner) lure fishing (ive got a spinner, toby's and a diving minnow) along the south shields/marsden/whitburn coastline, at low tide, Thinking of getting out for a couple of hours on wednesday night.

    and...Is anyone catching any wrasse lately?

    Any of the rock marks between shield and Marsden can fish on a low, if your willing to climb. They can be a bit snaggy if you fish too deep so be careful.
