I'm not sure of any websites but there are a few places that I know of but they require a bit of a drive. Places like St Abbs, Burnmouth, Eyemouth and Seahouses all have an easy to reach harbours that consistantly produce fish. North shields fish quay can produce plenty of little coalies amd pollok if you fish right next to the structure of the quay or in the shadows of the moored boats, using a small lrf outfit.

The other option is to fish a rock pool at low tide, just find the biggest and deepest one you can and start trolling and jiging in all of the nooks and crannies and you'll definitely get fish. I know it doesn't sound great but it's quite good fun watching fish dart out of the weed and attack your lure. It also helps you see what fish like, in terms of lure and colour, and also the action you give the lure. The kids should like it too because they can see whats going on and even have a go. I've seen small coley, codling, flounder as well as all of the ususal s orpions and blennies. This little fella came out of a local pool and put a bend in my lrf kit.

        I hope this helps.

        Cheers
        Nat
