Moonfleet Angling opening and some free Marukyu lures!!

The Moonfleet Angling shop opens its doors on Saturday 1st December 2012.

After a sneak preview in the shop I can tell you it's rammed with Tackle to cater for all your Sea Fishing needs.

Owner Paul Hardy has taken into consideration the needs of the Shore, Boat and Kayak Angler and also has a growing selection of Top Quality Lures and LRF Tackle.

In addition to all this some familiar and popular faces in the fishing world will be there to promote their products, give advice and support.

Amongst them will be Wendy Perry from Marukyu UK. Wendy has promised to give away Free Marukyu products as part of a promotion including some of the popular Ecogear range!

Be there to get your free Lure, have a browse and support your local tackle dealers!

Some lovely new toys to try from Moonfleet Angling today! Plenty of Marukyu / Ecogear softs lures and jig heads. Plus, I picked up a lovely little Major Craft Zaltz ultra light Rockfish Rod (0.5g - 5g) - just need a new reel to go with it now!

Can't wait to use these little buggers...

Went today and bought a few things , great set up and looks promising , also got some freebies , baseball cap , ecogear power shads and rite gear rod bands .
Very friendly and good banter and close to work .

Ha! Ha! My ears weren't burning but my arms were knacking!

Seriously though, I purchased the majority of those!

Wendy Perry (Marukyu) was very kind and gave me half a dozen packs of Power worms (those on the right) and a few packets of Jig-heads to try. Which I was extremely grateful for and promised to provide an unbiased review!

Those Tronix Rockfish Rods are a lot of rod for the money, I was well impressed with those. You should have fun with that mate. Can't wait to try mine now!!

They currently have a range of Trabucco Hard Plastics which look canny. However Paul mentioned that they have an imminent range of additional hard baits on the way. TopWater Lures are on the cards I think, which would be a massive benefit to local Bass and Lure anglers.

You should pop in and show Paul your lure range too mate.

Wow thanks for the heads-up Si. This is the most convenient tackle shop for me ever as it's only a couple of minutes walk from where I work (at the Paints). Great pub next door too (The Old Fox) I might have a wander along tomorrow lunchtime if the snow stops. I only wish I'd read this last week so I could have gone on Saturday.
