  • Happy New Year and Happy Hunting!

Happy New Year and Happy Hunting to all for 2013!

The Lure Fishing Challenge 2013 starts today so download and print off your ID card and get Fishing!

Remember it's all for Fun, so no cheating! as the only person your cheating is yourself! Just remember to get both your ID and Lure in the picture and post a report in the Lure challenge post, simple as that! Phil will keep score with a table which is accessible to everyone.

To add to the fun and make it a bit more competitive there will be a number of competitions throughout the year, with a small entrance fee should you wish to participate (more details to follow later).

Also, don't forget the monthly meets which will be held locally to allow people to meet and put names to faces, share experiences and learn all about it. The first one planned is on Sunday January 13th 2013 (2pm-5pm) at Claxheugh, South Hylton, Sunderland, SR4 0RN

All species caught at any of these events can be entered into the challenge as long as the rules are obeyed.

Really looking forward to this years Fishing, I've got high hopes, so let's hope it's a good one!

All the best and good luck
