    Well fishing in April means two things to me, Coley & Place i'm open to offers on the venue and dates though. Whats Easington beach like for Place? can i get my kayak down lol

          phil u need big shoulders or maybe launch of horden . then paddle to easington. its rough ground easington tho mid tide can be interesting conditions depending . i know some lads have caught &@$$ there and flatties too. was just an idea .

            No worries mate, I'm going to bring it down a one of the meets and let people have a paddle around, might keep that for later in the year.

                      i think the conditions might have us beaten again this weekend, 4-6ft swells on saturday, only 2-3ft on sunday but winds gusting to 35mph!! looks canny tomorrow though

                        might try and get in a couple of hours on Friday after work. Had an hour on a Durham rock mark on Saturday. Nothing doing and the water was still like soup. Roll on the summer.
