    You guessed it ! I Headed down to a local mark in the hope of some of the smaller species, they were playing hard to find and was getting plagued by small pollock

    With all the reports of whiting being caught I thought I'd give them a go and sure enough I managed to winkle one out

    As you can see lures used were straw tails / isome

        Well done, again Bassboyo, not be long before you run out of species lol. We will start playing, soon, I hope! Same set up and method I presume.

                    ??? Sorry culdiekid but if you look at the photos the whiting was caught on a straw tail, no special colours just as they come out the pack.

                          Pretty new to fishing only own a beach caster n multiplier realy fancy giving this s try but wot type of rod reel will I need or will wot I got be ok
