    Go onto Roker pier with a poxy cheap rod and reel and a string of daylites catch forty or fifty mackerel smash each one off the deck to tenderize them hoy them into a black bin liner in the sun for a few hours and when you get them home you have bag of ready cooked mackeral

        Wow what an amazing idea, and to think all these hours I've wasted frying mackerel, when you can cook them whilst fishing, in a bin liner, I salute you for this tip thanks for that!!
