    Hi,
The smoothound open takes place on the 20th july 1.30-6.30.the beaches that normally fish well are:
    1 Chapel St Leonards.
    2 Trunch Lane.
    3 Huttoft car park.
    4 Moggs eye.
    5 Jacksons corner.

The best baits to use are crab and shrimps/prawns for the hounds but it has to be flat calm,Blacks and rag can be used for other species.
At the present time there are lots of hounds to approximately 15lbs in the past few days the weather is looking favourable for the weekend so we will have to pray to the fishing gods!!!!!!!!!

    Hope this helps
    Tight lines and STAY SAFE!!!
