    huge surf due to the eastely winds, water is filthy and the pier is a wash, may try off the hall beach for bass.

      cheers for the tip, had a go there and caught mostly sewage (arnt sanitary towels meant to be medical waste?) went a bit further north to where the groins used to be had a few knocks but caught nowt.

      BUMMER!

          Thats interesting eddie-might have a go myself one day up there. Tried it in the winter and it was a nightmare for snags. Loads of lads fishing a compo. Nice spot but a long walk back to the motor.

            Not all the beach is snagy Mick have a walk down at low water
            and you will see where the rocks are the featherbed end is mostly
            sand unless you fish next to the rock itself.
