  • west coast of scotland

Got back from the west coast of Scotland on Saturday we were over there for 2 weeks
nice break and nice weather got a bit of fishing first week was slow fish with the odd fish
about but the second week fished well with it been bigger tides we had a nice cottage on
the lock canny view as well.

This is where we fished most of the 2 weeks the breakwater great for Pollack and conger
there's also small wrasse and coalies.

We tried a few soft lure and shads as well of spinners and feathers we had small coalie
on the spinners and the Pollack took the shads we also picked up a few macky from another
spot just along from the breakwater there where loads of small macky about this year up
    there.

And the dog trying to nick my bait and wait for more to out.

We also had a trip out on a boat at etive but all we could manage was small coddling and small gurnards.

The second week as the tides pick up so did the fishing with bigger Pollack showing up we fished a few days and landed a few fish.

Feel free to take a look at my blog.
