    fished the rock edges last night. rain was belting down at times, and wading through chest deep water, first proper session

    soon as I hoyed out there were steady bites and managed a couple but only small just size.

    the tide emptied the gullies quick as the tide was massive and for a long while it went dead . then the flood started not kidding you on two occasions had bites that nearly pulled my rod in the sea. one hung me up and the other had a huge lunge then nowt.
    plugged on and had a smaller bite which resulted in this.5lb10oz
    should of had more
