Mick after reading your report decided to have a look over with a couple of mates. I live Consett and ill be picking up pal in Seaham. Looks like incoming tide and over high water is the best time. Figuring out tides for next Friday 18th June. Also considering b&b (but it starts getting complicated then lol).

I will be aiming for Easington beach but not ours the one near Spurn point.
133 miles from Seaham to Easington. 3hrs 10 mins.Personal best, 12.5lb Tope Scotland. 22/05/2012.

Yes fish the tide up then 2 hrs back was the info given to me which was perfect it's a long drive but worth it when catching baby sharks lol we might be heading over west on Sunday if conditions goodKOMPRESSOR SPORT
