    Day 1

Arrived at the camp site round about 2ish on Tuesday quickly got the
tent sent up and after a cuppa we headed to our first mark four mile bridge
after a few bass we had a couple of hours there with no look we had a few
fallows from bass chasing our lure but no takes..

    Four mile bridge.

So back to the camp site to get the big gear and head for hollyhead break water
we had loads of small Pollack and rockling also a few dogs no wrasse but after a
few hours we called it night and head to maccy dees for a late night super lol.

    Day 2

We headed to a mark next to a go karting track we got set up with the big
rods trying for rays and huss but all we managed was dogs we also tried for
a few wrasse and Pollack but with nee luck only the one wrasse which fell to
me 2lb 4 we fished here most of the day.

After there we headed back to try for them bass but with no luck yet again..

    Day 3

Last day we planed on a full day on Hollyhead breakwater and we had a lot more
luck than the first night we fished there and had wrasse dogs small Pollack and whiting
if you want to keep fit walking that breakwater will help lol but its worth the walk..

Did you try the top section of the breakwater fishing over the rougher ground? I fished there a few years ago in a comp and it was too rough to fish the top but the welsh lads reckoned that the better fishing was on the outside of the breakwater with a chance of some good huss. If you are down that way again you might want to give that a go (use rotten bottoms).

Yeah we fished on the top wall as well as the inside it is very rough ground
all the way along on the out side and rough ground in the bay side at the end..

The best thing was me fishing box was a lot lighter walking off haha

Just got back from week at Angelsey. Checked out the four mile wall at low water. Was fantastic to see water gushing out. Looked ace spot. Was with family so time was limited to fish for me. Did get a good few hours fishing up at the Power station. Looked red hot for a Bass but only caught a Wrasse on my Bass rod ledger fishing.
              Mick.
Ps I walked along Hollyhead breakwater about third along then gave up-it went on forever.

Can I ask what line are you using on the Blue Max. I put 15lb mono on mine but it tends to birdsnest.
