Fished shields the day at 42 using some frozen peeler I got from Taylors, not a bad deal at 65p a pop. Fished from 12 and got small stuff, and a canny dab. As the water came in started getting a few canny coalies. Then as darkness came at last got a decent fish, nowt compared to the recent standard posted on here like but it made me happy. Canny sesh plus didn't loose any gear.

Well done. The sea has dropped right off. I am out tomorrow and was thinking about Shields.

Yer, the 65p one's aren't the biggest crab in the world matey but well big enough to put on a 3/0 hook which is what I like as it doesn't cut distance down to much.
