        The ramp - Sunderland

Out this morning fishing the ramp on Sunderland old North Pier. Lots of small codling every castand 2 x 2lbs. Flounder & Blenny but no whiting at all. Spoke to locals mid week who were catching good numbers of whities to 1lb 1/2.
Rag, lug & squid all took fish. Canny sport for 1st trip out of the winter.
