    Hi all wanting to invest in a summer universal setup for myself want a rod for the mackey bashing bass pollack and wrasse fishing with a fixed spool reel that can handle the all fish I'm targeting with a budged of about 100 and recommendations would be appreciated

      I just got a rovex lure pro 10 ft cast weight 30 to 60 gm was 35 pound nd ordering a reel to match it which is a abu orra s40 for 55 pound this will easy handle the macky to the big pollock with no problems the rod is very light but very strong talking to the guy wen i was at whitby tackle shop he has exactly the same rod nd he had told me he handled and landed a10lb pollock on it with no problems a part from a great fight which u want

        ive the 8ft savage gear rod casting weight 30-90g that will bully bass and big diving pollock no problem and its as light as a feather thats what you need if you going to be spinning all day long
