Canny beat posh fish fingers with plaice.
Fillet place as usual, then get breadcrumbs and egg ready.
I alwyas make my own garlic butter from the wild garlic growing on hills etc and fry the fingers in that....
season flour and crumb and coat. Ya kids will love it
