      Well I tried it this afternoon boiled it and spread on toast like dean said and I was disappointed as I could only taste the bread and not the roe

      Will have to try it other ways

            Put it in a pan of cold salted water on the lowest flame possible and bring it to the boil slowley as soon as it starts to boil turn the gas off and leave it in the water to cool then just slice it bit of vinegar and it tastes great
