        Aye welcome to NESA

Might help if you let people know your budget and what kind of ground you will be fishing...

          sorry mate

I'll be fishing the piers mainly, sometimes beach and cliffs aswell. The rod Ive got at the moment isnt much cop thats all and Im only using a fixed spool lol

I dont really want to be spending over 100 quid If I can help it. Might have found a flotation suit though.

Ive got a brand new Diawa Theory Beach rod which is 12foot and can cast 4 to 8 ounces.
Its never been used and was won in a comp.
£80 and its yours if its any good to you.
It would be ideal on the pier and equally at home on the beach.
Its a THB12M if you wanna go onb Diawa's site and have a look.

            Happy hunting mate.

I've got a Ron Thompson Axcelerator 13'6" 4-8oz with a fuji sliding reel seat, and a Daiwa SL30SH multiplier for sale, £50 for rod, £40 for reel or the pair for £80.
