fishing to rods this morning for 4hrs had 3 codling returned and mackeral 5 and 6 at a time. kept 5 give an old guy a couple and returned 50 60 fish,then all of a sudden stopped went totally dead,so i guess i went at the right time give myself a pat on the back.

a bet they took some lifting over the wall the boat lads shud be hammering them for bait for the wreck feeders

hey mate they did snapped the tip on my scorpion sport,gutted but it's come to the end of its life 20yrs old now.just gives me an excuse to buy a new rod ,,yipee,,our lass is gana love me.

hi mate, it was like glass mate about 8am started to chop up abit thats when macky went off.

Sorry for the late reply Dappa mate. I went down the pier yesterday around about 11am, there was about 15 people fishing, and they were pulling in the odd mackerel on and off for about 3 hours. Must of been around 35 caught in total between everyone, i managed to get 1, and also had one that dropped off.
There was plenty of sand eel getting caught, and i had a nice little coley on the spinner and my mate had 3 coleys all on the same cast on daylights
