Beadnell 17.01.10

Me and my mate fished one of my favourite marks at Beadnell this morning 7 til 12. Lost a good fish 1st cast and my mate missed a cracking bite on his 1st cast. Thought it was gonna be one of those days, but remained hopeful. Just as well, as on my second chuck I pulled one in 4lb 2oz and another 2lb 13oz about half an hour later. My mate then got one just over 2lb and was snapped off by a much bigger fish. I also lost another one on the way in. Sadly, once the sun came out it all went quiet. Still well worth the trip out though.

Well done Vic, a great way to spend a few hours mate, it can be frustrating losing a few but not so bad when you catch a couple though.

I was just mentioning Beadnell on the phone tonight lol, hoping to get up that way in the summer.
