attempted sesh today

Well lads I was sick of not gettin out so I thought id give the ramp at cambois a shot over high. Well how wrong I was I didnt even get out the car at the ramp as it was rolling in far too dodgy so carried on to just past the jetty into blyth harbour. I knew as soon as I got out the car it wasn't gonna be easy but I set up and cast off anyways. Give it two chucks and packed back up as the wind was just too strong and headed home for some beers. Didnt blank tho as I got a tiny coalie first chuck lol. Cheers Alan

Same for me on tuesday excet the wind was stupid i should have known but i blanked anyway fished the rocks at cullercoats and fell in then dropped 5 bags of rag inside me box then i went home

Unlucky mate but sometimes you just gotta give it a shot an see what happens. In about 20 yrs fishin ive never fell in the drink tho me gear has but not me lol

Well done for giving it shot anyway mate. Bet that short trip from the ramp to the jetty played havik with yer suspension an all.

Always worth a try mate, I was on my way to Eyemouth today and decided that it was too rough, so I had a few chucks into the Nacker hole at Beadnell and lost three sets of gear pretty quickly so called it a day!!

I know how you feel. I went fly fishing yesterday and lost my only fish of the day at the net. My mate caught six to rub it in. Then to finish off the day I fell in. Brrrr.
