fished blyth beach down from the puff,s toilets . 6,30 untill 8.30 7 casts 6 fish 5 cod kept 2 , also coley and a whiting . still a lot of fish about two lads to my right had about eight and the other side to me had four before we all got washed off,, i took my nine year old grandaughter who never stopped talking for two hour,s but still made a good gillie ? jamcod.

Fished on Blythe pier quite a few times in fact got my personal best fish from there 12 lb 4oz cod late December last year. So where is that place mate because i prefer fishing the beaches, is it on the right of the pier????

It is the Toilet block right in the middle of the beach mate there is a gap between the dunes and you just walk straight through, always a good sand bar there.

About how far right of the pier mate as i wouldn't no where to park me car.

You would have to drive towards Whitley Bay, halfway down the beach you will see a toilet block. Probably just over a mile. Just park there.
