how do you spin with rag worm,,,excuse the ignorance but dou you just stick it on the trebble of a spinner?

never heard of spinning with ragworm sandeel i have . know free lining with big rag is good for pollack and wrasse just nip hook behind head

thread a drilled bullet up your mainline then a bead.tie a swivel on then your hooklength.then a single hook.then put the ragworm on and away you go.
its easier floatfishing with it but it still works just dont cast too hard.
