clam at rigs

hi got some more clam yesterday from rigs at seaham shelled them let them go stinking for about a week and freeze single for winters fishing next winter,wrap them single in cling film and take down in wide top food flasks i know the harbour lads rate them and rigs normaly has them in along with other good baits and gear,
anyone else had much success with them

they are a good bait and i know a few lad who swear by them and one of them has won loads of opens etc, myself i am to tight to buy them,lol

used clams for years had some good bags with them best for me after november into the winter, but ive always frozen them fresh straight out of the shell ,jamcod

yeah mate i always have clam with me when fishing,cod and bass love them,i get mine friom a guy down hartlepool
